• We can help with compliance audits and certification to meet the new state requirements.
• If you need to remove or upgrade a UST(s), we send out bidding specifications to locate the most qualified firms and economical bids.
• Once you select the contractor, we schedule, coordinate, and manage the project, from obtaining approvals to submitting documents to ensure your removal meets all regulations.
• If your UST has had a leak, we provide a post-tank removal workplan to address remediation of soil and groundwater.
• Our experience in Phase II assessment means we can provide information and answers about the extent of the release and the best (and most cost effective) method of mitigation.
• If you have cleaned up a UST property, we can guide you through applying to the state UST Cleanup Fund for reimbursement of eligible expenses.
