EBS personnel have a proven history in performing this type of work. Our experience includes:

• Conducting compliance audits at facilities ranging from dry cleaners to complex commercial and industrial facilities
• Assisting clients with obtaining permits and staying in compliance with regulations for underground and aboveground storage tanks, storm water runoff, NPDES and waste discharge permits from the RWQCB, wastewater discharge permits, and air pollution permits
• Assisting clients with facility closure, including those under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
• Negotiating with regulatory agencies, including permit conditions and closure standards involving soil and groundwater cleanup levels and the required frequency of monitoring
• Preparing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and monitoring, including design and implementation of best management practices (BMPs), for industry, construction, and municipalities
• Helping companies meet the environmental quality standards and achieve ISO 14001 certification.
